THE APARTMENTS

The different types of apartments have been divided into

1) Furnished holiday rental apartments with all the necessary amenities to spend a fantastic holiday in LOCARNO
2) Minimum 36 months rental apartments

All the 3, 3 ½ and 5 ½ bedroom apartments have guest toilet and bathroom. The master bedrooms have en suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet and the other bedrooms have en suite bathroom with box shower.

All the apartments have a connection for washing machine and tumble dryer and have build in wardrobes.

The kitchens are made especially with functional furniture and with kitchen appliances of the brand Zug: OWEN, FRIDGE, KITCHEN GRILL AND DISHWASHER.

The windows, sliding screens and the exterior doors with special sound proof glass have electrical controlled blinds.

The terraces have awnings or parasols that are also controlled electrically from the indoors.
