ANUAL RENTAL APARTMENTS

VELKER S.A lets out the apartments for a minimum of 36 months. The prices of the different types of apartments vary according to their size and location.

There is optional parking space, the washing machine and tumble dryer of own election can be installed by the tenant or can be provided by VELKER with an extra cost added in the monthly rent.

Each tenant has the option to connect to the satellite TV or obtain the connection BLUEWIN through SWISSCOM.

The community fees are low and the risk of increase due to increase in oil price are very relative or non existent due to the fact that the building does not use fuel for heating or cooling.
